I had such a happy stay at this hotel! The reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even gave me clear directions to all the places I wanted to visit. The hotel's location was perfect, with the tram and bus just a two-minute walk away. It was so convenient being close to all the places of interest. When I visit again, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel.

My stay was fantastic and there was nothing that needed improvement.
